Donations
Non-Refundable Contributions
- All donations made to Youth Empowerment Organisation are considered final and non-refundable.
- Once a donation is processed, it is immediately allocated to fund our ongoing and future programs, making refunds operationally and ethically unfeasible.
Tax Benefits
- If you require a tax receipt for your contribution, we are happy to provide one. Please contact us at yeokhag@gmail.com with the necessary details after making your donation.
Errors in Donation
- In the event of an error during the donation process (e.g., duplicate donations or incorrect amount), please notify us within 48 hours by emailing yeokhag@gmail.com. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will carefully review your case and take appropriate action if an error is confirmed.
Event Registrations or Ticketed Donations
- Occasionally, we may host events, workshops, or other initiatives where registration fees or ticketed donations are required.
- Refund policies for such events will be clearly outlined in their respective terms and conditions, which will take precedence over this policy.
Cancellation Policy
As we do not offer subscription-based or recurring donations without prior consent, cancellations are typically not applicable. For recurring donations (if opted into), you may contact us to stop future transactions at any time by emailing yeokhag@gmail.com.
